Remove the nuts! They are on the lower metal frame the seat
It's in the rear just above the spare tire. You will need to lower the spare to get access to it
It is probably under the back seats along with all the other tools you need to lower the spare.
Usually in a removable housing at the engine end of the upper radiator hose it is located in the housing but on the lower radiator hose ,not the top hose as in other vehicles
To change the rear shocks on a 1999 Toyota 4Runner the rear of the vehicle must be lifted with the wheels removed. Find the shock mounts and remove those nuts as well as the lower fork hardware. Each shock will slide out in whole assemblies.
A 3vze engine will take anywhere from regular 87 octane, up to 100 octane race gas. However what is your purpose to using higher or lower octane, Using regular, plus, or premium will work well. however higher mile engines would prefer 91 octane!
there is a fabric pull loop (similar to seat belt material) hidden within the upper and lower seat in the middle of the lower seat. gently slide a finger between the upper and lower seat and locate the pull loop. pull the loop up and the lower seat will release and move up and toward the front seat.
For the most part yes almost everything bolts up the same except for the valance where it attaches to the fenders. 74 and older fenders have to have a bracket installed on the lower section in order to hold the valance.
Water pump housing. Follow lower hose till it goes into engine. 3 nuts old it on. Unles you have a 4 cylinder. Then its on the top hose going into the engine. 2 nuts hold this one on.
Depending on the features like the power train and the accessories that the Toyota has it could be priced different. However if it has a lot of kilometers or miles on it, it will be priced lower. The Kelley Blue book price without options and in excellent condition is $10035/- and in very good condition is $9660/-
Directly under the lower intake manifold. the connection for this sensor is below the throttle body. If replacing sensor the sub harness should be replaced as well. Assuming it is a V-6 it is directly under the lower intake manifold. connection can be found under throttle body.
