Officially, by law and regulation, there is no such thing as "racial profiling." That being said, law enforcement is likely to be most interested in any particular group that statistics and experience show commit the most offenses in their particular area or jurisdiction, be they Black, Asian, Caucasian, Native American, Juveniles, College Students, Vagrants, etc, etc, etc.
