- 37g flour
- 1/2 litre of water
- 5 litres of red wine
- 2 oxo's cubes (beef)
- 10 tbs of sugar
- a vegetable of your choice

bread and toast with a bit of jam that is lush
- get 2 pieces of bread
- put them in the toaster
- get them out of the toaster
- put them on a plate
- get a knife
- get some jam
- put the knife in the jam
- put the jam on the toast
- cut the pices in half
- pick the pieces up
- take a bite
- chew
- swallow
- poo it out
