Well without knowing how many sticks of ram or how many case fans you'd have, my answer could differ slightly but 500w would be adequate, full load would likely only use up to 465w.
Monitor would be powered from a separate plug so that doesn't come into it :)
Get a good brand psu though like antic or ocz for example, cheaper brands can be a bit unstable.
