Not much. Genetically for example the individual may phenotypically have a larger chest ( more air intake ) longer legs, larger feets ? As such this variations may provide a slight advantage but keep in mind that its more in the hands of the individuals whether they excel.

alot, everything depends on your genetics, like bodytype, ability to gain muscle or lose weight, metabolism etc.
