Role of fresh civil engineer in the industry is very vital.He should give much concentration on gaining experience from seniors. One thing he/she must kept in mind that practice makes man perfect. The more he/she try to learn better they become perfect civil engineers in future. Civil engineer give much stress on qyality control which todays civil engineers donot give.
