Please elaborate, because otherwise it would just be pressing the power button, the POST signal going off to indicate a boot without errors, the BIOS splash screen, your DMI pool loading, and then your OS bootloader kicking in.

Turn on the power button. Usually there is a button that is like a circle with a stick going halfway through it.
