If you have a mate that is determined not to lose weight then it will all catch up to them, scare the hell out of them and they'll have to learn the hard way. Sit down and talk to them and if you realize nothing you can say or do will make a difference then get on with your own life and let them do it their way until they end up in the hospital with one ugly looking nurse called, "Nurse Ratchit" and a doctor name "Payne!" This will loosen up that stubborn sphincter muscle and they'll go on the diet!
