There is some variation in brain size among different Dog Breeds, but that is mostly due to variation in body size. W. Tecumseh Fitch's 2010 book "The Evolution of Language" explains that, in general, larger animals have larger brains -- you couldn't very well encase a humpback whale's 10-pound brain in your skull. But if you're comparing brain size relative to body size, as the breed's body size gets smaller, dog brain size doesn't necessarily shrink in exact proportion. Smaller dogs tend to have brains that seem huge in proportion to their bodies when compared to the brain/body ratio of larger dogs.
You need to study up on this breed "Bullmastiff" (correct spelling). There are many books out there on the breed, so read and study it. This breed is not for everyone. They need a strong and knowledgeable owner.
There is a standard set for this breed and all breeds by the AKC. Each breed must follow the standards or they are truly not correct.
The males should be 25"-27" in height (that is the height at the top of the shoulders), weight appropriate to their overall size.
Females 24"-26" in height & weight appropriate to their overall size.
An example is I have a female that is 26" tall and weighs 110 lbs. I have a male that is 25 1/2" tall and weighs 128 lbs.
They get up to three feet.
Bull mastiff's are unpredictable.
