How do you change spark plugs in a 6 cly Toyota Camry?
.040 on V-6 & V-8 .035 on the 4 cly
if its a 4.2 6 cly. its .043
.044 inch
I just replaced the timing belt on my 98 camry 4 cly and know it has now spark and im am positive that it is in time
its not burning all the fuel in the cly causing a rich mode
your valve cover gasskets prob need replace ment pull the plug see if their is oil in the spark plug hole if so new gaskets. if not then replace the coil pack.
I got to mine through the right wheel well. A pain in the A.......
