To know the stock OEM carburator you will have to list the year, and model vehicle the carb was installed in. Also is it a 4 barrel or 2 barrel. Is it a 351 Windsor or 351 Cleveland engine.
I was looking at my Chilton's Auto Repair Manual and for a 1978 Mercury Cougar it only shows a two barrel carburetor for the 351 Windsor V8 engine
80 100
The standard horsepower of associated with a 1995 351 cubic and Ford engine is 215. The engine horsepower was available in several different options.
The 1996 4.3L engine doesn't have a carburetor, it is fuel injected.
if it is the stock engine then it is not a 351m because ford had stopped making the engine before 79
There are a number of stores and garages that stock the Edelbrock Performer Series carburetor. Sites such as Advance Auto Parts, Edelbrock and Amazon all stock the engine.
Depends on your engine.. pretty sure the 351 Windsor had gone to fuel injection by that point, so there won't be a carburetor on it. If you have the 7.3 Powerstroke diesel, that still used natural aspiration in that year, and you'll see it on top of the engine.
If it is a stock motor then yes it is. 600 CFM carburetor will be just fine on a stock engine.
80 and 100
On your 1968 Ford F-100 your fuel filter is near the carburetor ( on top of the engine , below the engine air filter ) and is either a fuel filter that is installed in the rubber gas line or is an original type that is screwed into the carburetor
The 302 ( 5.0 L is fuel injected ) The 351 ( 5.8 L has a variable venturi carburetor )
