If you mean the practice of magic or nature based religions it would help if you specified where. There were a vast multitude of varying cultures practicing regligions which might be called pagan all over the globe. And timeline for what? the rise and fall of different magic practing cultural beliefs? the obliteration of or persecution of "magic"? this question makes as much sense as asking for a timeline of motion during the 19th century.
