12-14 psi
The recommended tire pressure is determined by the car maker and is on the sticker on the d/s door jam. But "The Max" recommended pressure for any tire is printed on the sidewall.
42" Cut Riding Mowers call for around 12 to 14 psi.
12 to 14 pounds ?
12-14 psi depending on terrain and rider weight.
The original Goodyear 23x10.50x12 turf tires on my Bolens 1256 indicate the tire pressure should not exceed 10 p.s.i., according to the information on the sidewall. That said, these are tractor tires, and not street legal or trailer tires.
Inch size is the most widely used measurement in ATV tires, lawn tires, some older motorcycle tires and automotive tires. For the ATV tire size 22x12x9: 22 = The overall height of the tire when mounted and inflated to recommended air pressure. In this example, the tire is 22 inches tall. 12 = The overall width of the tire when mounted and inflated to recommended air pressure. In this example, the tire is 8 inches wide. 9 = The diameter of the wheel that this tire will mount to. In this case it will be a 9 inch diameter wheel.
12 volt - Can. Tire or Wal-Mart have books they flick through to tell you exactly what you want.
The proper tire pressure would be 12-18 PSI in the front and 12-17 PSI in the back. I usually run a couple more PSI in the front like I'm running 15 in the front and 13 in the back. It helps it handle and it prevents the front rim from being damaged from say a rock or a tree crossing.
Practically speaking, my 2006 LT holds about 12 gallons. This page says it's 11.9. http://www.motortrend.com/cars/2006/chevrolet/aveo/specifications/index.html
