That depends. it is 2wd or 4wd ? My 91 Ranger is an XLT model with 4wd and the sticker on the door says P215/75/R15 S. Open the drivers side door and look for the sticker. It will tell you what size tire is recommended for your truck.

Teh rear tire on a 1991 DS 80 is a 3.00 X12. a 12 inch tire. Very small and the tire size used in 91 is different than todays
