I THINK you are asking what iOS game is most popular. The answer is Solitaire, because a) it's available for free, b) it doesn't require a wi-fi hotspot to work, c) everyone knows it and how to play, and d) did I say it's free?
There are lots of lists of games on the Net, but many of them forget (or disregard) this most basic and ubiquitous game.
