Everyone I know says 25 foot pounds but you really need to go online because you are adjusting the valves and there is a specific order for doing it.

46 ft/lbs for long bolts and 43 ft/lbs for short bolts also rocker arm bolts need to be torqued at 19-22 ft/lbs
