Google/Yahoo.... "Torque Tool Flywheel & Drum Plate Kit". Flywheel nut is held on with 238ft lbs and the axle nut is 253ft lbs. One man job with this tool. It also removes the rear axle nut. It's about $60 but well worth it. You can actually re-torque the nuts back on instead of guessing. thesamba.com, cip1.com, etc.,,,,
Before you remove the flywheel key on a Suzuki 115 hp outboard motor you need to make sure you disconnect the sparkplugs and remove the flywheel nut. Then, you will need a tool to keep the wheel stationary as well as a lobe wheel peeler.

On most small Chrysler outboards, there is a dust cover under the flywheel nut. Once removed, you can see the puller bolt holes. I have seen flywheels with no holes drilled, but there were dimples where they belonged. In these cases, I drilled and tapped the holes myself.
You need to use either a pneumatic or electric impact driver/drill. There are ways to do it with a large torque wrench, but you would need a flywheel holding tool.
The 2005 Chevrolet Malibu axle nut torque specification is 60 pounds. Over torque in the axle nut will cause the will bearing to fail.
