I have a 2003 Saturn l-300 with a warning sign with a wrench in it, what dose that mean?
The Saturn dealership did all three of mine free of charge.
focus. saturns are garbage
It sounds like your "Timing Belt" broke. Have it checked, if it's broken it should cost around $200 to have it replaced on your six cylinder L300.
The L300 V6 holds 5 quarts of oil.
The battery that fits in a 2003 Saturn L300 is 10 and 3/4 inches in length. The width of the battery is 6 and 7/8 inches and the height is 7 and 1/4 inches. The battery needs to be a 12 volt battery that is a side post battery.
If it is a 6 cylinder it will cost upwards of $300.00 because you have to remove the intake to get to the spark plugs..
as much as it can after you let the access fluid out
The V6 uses a timing belt. The 4 cylinder uses a timing chain.
If they share a common engine then it may. The 8th digit in VIN is the engine code. You can also tell by visually ensuring parts are identical.
my locks are locking and unlocking my trunk is unlocking my wipers are going it keeps binging and my keys are in the house
The correct transmission fluid to use in an L300 Saturn is Dexron III. The capacity for a complete change is about 6.75 quarts.
My 2002 Saturn L300 was doing this also, it was the BCM (Body Control Module). Cost about $600 to fix at the dealership
were is crankshaft sensor located in 2001 Saturn l300
My 2002 Saturn 3.0 L, v 6 takes 5 quarts.
Gm does not use inertia switches.
If it pulls to the side of the transmission it could have a transmission problem in the future or a bad cv joint on that side.
The Saturn engines all take 5 quarts of oil.
Not sure if there are any at all. I have a LW200 and cannot find any.More InformationSaturn suspensions were relatively maintenance free and as such do not have grease fittings.
what can i do to take it off if it keeps on turning
Sadly, you have to remove the intake manifold to access it. Job takes 3.8 hours to complete according to Chilton's time. Pretty straight forward removal though.
