Haynes Manual states that for focus builds between 2001 and 2004 the recommended torque spec for the oil drain plug is 37 Nm / 27 lbf ft.
It does not have 1, Chevy did not use a drain plug in there converters.

Some torque converters have a drain plug on them. Remove the rubber plug from the bottom of the bell housing. Crank engine a little at a time until the torque converter drain plug can be seen from the bottom. Unscrew the drain plug and drain the fluid. Put the plug back in.
