Your local dealership can give you this info or you can go to the library and look up the tork settings in a auto repair manual. But, you still will need a tork wrench. If you don't have a access to a tork wrench a good rule of thumb is to snugg up the adjusting nut somewhat tight and then back off the nut 1/4 turn. This will put the tork setting very close to the manual recommended setting, and will be just fine.
tighten to 17 to 25 ft lbs to seat the bearing, back off nut 1/2 turn and retighten to 10 to 15 ft lbs
The nut on the axelshaft is 177 ft. LBS. The 4 bolts on the bearing hub is 133ft. LBS.
