The top speed of a FJ60 is roughly 75 miles per hour, although at this speed one is traveling at a very dangerous rate of speed. A much safer speed to travel with the FJ60 is about 60 miles per hour.

There is no exact "dash kit" being made for the fj60 right now. The only options are either to retrofit a kit from a different vehicle, or custom fabricating your own out of plastic/wood/metal/fiberglass etc.
The HJ60 repair manual I have is vague about tacho wiring. Some trucks used tacho pickup off the alternator winding before the diode plate, via an extra small wire connected into the alternator. The 2H, and presumably 12HT, have a magnetic pickup on the edge of the bell housing over the flywheel on the left hand side. It requires the magnet to be on the flywheel which mine does not have.
Is it petrol or diesel? if it is petrol then the spark plugs may need replacing or the valves are not operating properly at higher temperatures. If in doubt get it checked by a qualified mechanic. Another possibility is the anti-vaporlock fan is not working. This is a fan on the left side of the engine compartment in FJ60 and FJ62 gasoline models. This can be a fan failure, or the thermal switch. If you don't hear the fan running when the engine is switched off, this is the most likely cause. Opening the hood to allow cooling will get you by.
No, they are traditional 4 wheel drive with manual locking hubs and a 3 speed transfer case (2hi, 4hi, 4lo)
The PVC valve is located on the engine side cover near the firewall on the passanger side of the engine. Coyote John
Did you put power to the right terminals on the distributor? (one from battery, one from ignition) Did you run a ground strap to the engine? Good luck.
its quite simple it adds some revs to the engine, to f.e. speed up heating of the engine in cold weather when its idling and so on (charge more quickly)
Assuming a left steering wheel model, There is a panel that pulls off down and to the left of the steering wheel. Pop it off and the fuses are labelled on the back. They are back in there a little. Cruizer
Check the Vin plate on the Drivers's side Door jamb, mine is on there on my 1981 Land Cruiser FJ-60 ( Sep 1980 in my case ) you will find another vin plate under the hood on the driver's side also
