The closest medication would be Tramacet (Tramadol HCL 37.5mg/Paracetamol 325) or maybe Codydramol (Dihydrocodeine 7.5-10mg/Paracetamol 500mg). None of these two are close enough though to be called equivalent to Vicodin. Vicodin is a mixture of Hydrocodone (not to be confused with Dihydrocodeine) and paracetamol. Codydramol is a lot weaker than Vicodin - hence a 7.5mg DHC/500mg Paracetamol containing product cannot be bought OTC in the UK, a prescription is needed from your GP. Vicodin is also controlled prescription only drug and could not be bought OTC even if it was in the UK.
