How do you use ovaa shield?
Ovaa shield is a capsule pack which has a combination of clomifene, acetylcysteine and astaxanthine. From day 3 of your periods, one has to start administering 2 capsules (1 with clomifene & acetyl cysteine and 1 with astaxanthine). This goes till day 7 of your periods. Then continue taking a single capsule of astaxanthine till day 27 of your period. Then wait for your periods (7-10 days after day 27). If you are pregnant go in for a urine test after day 40. Because, the tablet can delay your periods if you have pcod.
