To enclose dialogue, each time a new speaker speaks, you start a new paragraph and use quotations. For example:

"Go to your room!" My mother yells.

"But mom..." I say as my voice trails off.

"Don't argue!! Do as I say," she persists.

"It's not fair," I whine.

Of course, you can have as many sentences as you want and add more to the paragraph.
