None of the Eisenhower bicentennial coins made for general circulation contain any silver or are worth more than face value. Only Proof and collectors coins sold from the US Mint are worth more.
July 2, 2009 There were no US Trade Dollars minted in 1796. They were made from 1873 to 1885. However, if you meant a 1796 silver dollar, only 72,920 were made and I see them being priced from about $3500 to $6000 depending on their condition.
