Uh, please don't assume that every woman appearing on a US coin is Susan B. Anthony! The woman pictured on your coin is Miss Liberty, as in "Statue of ..." The Susan B. Anthony dollar was produced in 1979, 1980, 1981 and 1999. She could never have been on a dollar coin from the 1880s because (1) she was very much alive at the time and (2) she was despised by the male-dominated power structure due to her support of equal rights. Please see the question "What is the value of an 1889 US silver dollar?" for more information.
Please check your coin again and post a new, separate question. The US Bicentennial was in 1976. Anthony dollars were minted for circulation in 1979, 1980, and 1999. All US Bicentennial commemoratives were dated 1776-1976 in honor of the country's 200th anniversary. Their front portraits weren't changed; i.e. Washington, Kennedy, and Eisenhower appeared on the quarter, half, and dollar respectively.

No, silver dollars last minted for circulation were in 1935. No dollar coin would be minted until the Eisenhower Dollar (minted from 1971-1978) but circulation issues have no silver in them. The dollar coin was dramatically reduced in size from 1979 onwards with the advent of the Susan B Anthony dollar and later the Sacajawea dollar and the presidential dollar series.
