Unless the card is from Alpha, Beta or unlimited, the card has an average value of $0.35
Us$15-20
Unlike a lot of other collectibles, having Magic cards autographed by the artist doesn't generally add to the cards value. This is likely because a good number of collectors prefer the cards to be free of any additional markings, even if its an autograph. So, the value in this case would be at least as much as an unsigned Lotus Petal, which is around $2-3 depending on the card's condition.
what is the value of a 1970 lowrey piano organ festival magic genie.
A Mint/Near Mint version of the card is around US$14, so I would say around double(ish) to a collector. Also depends if it is Foil.

X will be 0 in most cases, depends on the effect. If it's looking at the amount of mana paid to cast it, then it will be 0 if it is being brought back to the battlefield from the graveyard, it only counted as a value when the mana cost was paid for the initial cast.
I have at least of every card from the Unlimited Set to M13. So that's 68 sets of cards, plus at least one copy of the power 9, most of the Antiquities set, Full set of Legends, playset of dual lands from Revised. so...lots.
