Unlike a lot of other collectibles, having Magic cards autographed by the artist doesn't generally add to the cards value. This is likely because a good number of collectors prefer the cards to be free of any additional markings, even if its an autograph.

So, the value in this case would be at least as much as an unsigned Lotus Petal, which is around $2-3 depending on the card's condition.
