Please look again. These coins were made of zinc-plated steel. The mint has never made any cents out of silver. For one thing, silver cents would be worth more than dimes!!

Unless your coins are in uncirculated condition and have not been cleaned or replated, they're worth about 25-30¢ in average condition.
