First off, they are Philippine Pesos. Nothing special about them. They are now being called Territorial silver dollars as a marketing scheme. Most are worth only the silver value. If they are uncirculated they bring a premium. Check ebay, there are plenty for sale.

1907 is not a rare date for Indian Head cents. In worn circulated condition, it's worth about a dollar. An average circulated brown hued 1907 Indian is generally valued at about $3.00. A nice uncirculated one is worth about $25

No such coin exist. No 1907 US one dollar coins were made and Roosevelt is only on the dime.
