What is the value of a savage sporter cal 32-20 pat 1905 1915 1917
Does not exist. However, a 22 LR does and it would be in the 10-500 USD range.
The value of a Savage Sporter 22 long rifle is between $150 and $300 on average. The actual value varies greatly based on the rifle's condition.

I have a Savage Sporter 22 LR as well. Unfortunately......they are not worth much. These rifles are not collectible, excepting only the rarest models. Good shooter/small game hunters though. Value is condition dependent and between $50-$300. $300--- being mint condition. Best, Tim
That '1917' marking you are seeing is a patent date. If you notice, it also says 'SAVAGE SPORTER' just to the right of that. The gun is correctly identified as the Model 23B. If the gun is in really nice condition, and UNALTERED, it would realize $400 pretty easily. Unfortunately, most of these gun have had some type of work done in the past - scopes mounted, sights replaced, goofy checkering cut into the stock with a pocketknife - which lower the value considerably. firstname.lastname@example.org
Mine is stamped on the barrel as first being patented Nov 28 1905, last date of Nov 20 1917. I'm trying desperatly to find a clip for it, but there is no Model # anywhere. Brownells has not even been able to help. My e-mail is email@example.com if anyone can help. Thanks

Probably around $250 in good condition
$475.00 if in 100% condition
