There's no such coin. All 1921 $1 coins carry an image of Miss Liberty's head, not the Statue of Liberty.
Two varieties were struck that year, the Morgan dollar which has an eagle with outstretched wings and the Peace dollar which has an eagle with folded wings. For 1921, the Morgan design is more common and the Peace design is scarcer.
