If you were lucky enough to find a Winchester collector who needed to add an early high condition M# 94 to his collection I would think (assuming it truly is a near mint & unmodified) $2000 would be near the low end of what you should expect. That's assuming you sell it to a collector yourself. ( Are you sure of the mfg. date 1924 is near the change over date from the old designation of M# 1894). High grade guns with extra finish, checkering, ect. and takedown models command a premium, sometimes considerably more. If you were to sell it to a gunshop you would get considerably less.
It would be worth around $55 in Excellent condition.
it was made in the year 1949
around $700 Excellent condition.
In excellent condition it would be worth between $90 - $105
The value of the Winchester model 400 gun varies by its condition. As of 2014 this gun in excellent condition retails for around 400 dollars.

What is the condition of the winchester. Poor to Excellent? 800X or 800 XS?
In excellent condition a 1960-64 Winchester mod. 12 ,12 guage would be valued at $350.00 - $400.00
Manufactured 1917, give or take one or two years. Value depends on condition, originality, and any special order features that may be present. I've seen quite a few 1894's described as 'excellent' that were in fact modern reblues and that make a huge difference in value. Digital pictures would be a big help. sales@countrygunsmith.net
