About $3 for its silver content. A dealer will pay less.
It depends on its date and mint mark (if any). At a minimum, the silver would be worth about $3 in scrap value, but if the coin has any collector's value it could be worth much more. Please post a new question with the coin's date and what mint mark it has, if any. On a Washington quarter, the mint mark will be a small S or D above the ER in "QUARTER". If it's a Standing Liberty quarter, the mint mark will be on the front of the coin to the left of and slightly above the date. Coins made in Philadelphia before 1979/80 don't carry mint marks, so don't be concerned if your coin doesn't seem to have one.
The value depends on condition and mint mark. One with no mint mark has a value range of at least $14 and upwards of around $130. A 1920-S has a similar price range. Then a '20-D starts at about $30 and goes above $300.
Please check your coin again. It's either not 1941 or not Ben Franklin. Half dollars dated 1916 to 1947 carry the Walking Liberty design. Franklin's picture was on the half dollar from 1948 to 1963.
one quarter of a dollar or 25 cents. If it is a coin minted before 1964, it is made of actual silver (or a percentage) and is probably worth more as a collectable coin. How much depends on what year, what mint mark, and its condition.

August 1, 2009 The US Mint has not issued a quarter with an "M" stamped on it. Probably what you have is a quarter that someone has put their initial on or marked it for some reason. With such a mark it has no numismatic value but is worth $2.52 for the silver it contains.
