To clarify things, it's called a Lincoln cent. "Liberty pennies" carried a picture of Miss Liberty and were minted from 1793 to 1857. Coins with the word LIBERTY on them as opposed to a picture of Miss Liberty are always referred to by the name of the design or in some cases the coin's artist; e.g. Morgan dollars.
They did not make 1968 wheat pennies.

The only penny being produced by the US Mint in 1885 was the Indian Head penny. Wheat pennies were not produced until 1909.
I have a 1903 penny, what is it's worth? You can clearly see the date and some letters of "Liberty" are clear in the headdress.
There is no such thing as a 1968 Liberty dime. Winged Liberty (Mercury) dimes stopped being minted in the mid-1940s. All 1968 dimes are Roosevelt Dimes, not silver, not rare, and are worth simply 10 cents unless in proof condition.
