The outline of the state of NJ was added after minting. I have a frame on the wall of my study that has a penny for each state and the outline of each state has been put on each penny. It's a nice and pretty display, but the coins separately are only worth a penny. The entire state collection in a nice presentation would be worth maybe $40.00. You may find individual states in a coin dealer's misc. bin for a quarter apiece.
If it is stamped and stamped only you want there is no cheap way. Do not try this yourself if you have no concrete experience. Less expensive decorative options are available including exposed, color, broomed, paving stones, etc. For a real decorative look mix a couple of designs. For example an exposed border and broom finish interior looks sharp and can be dressed up with some color.
his cool groovy looks
Yes there is. A while ago, I was looking for an unusual eye color contact, so I went to a list of colors. I've yet to find it again, though. :( If you look at the "list of colors" in Wikipedia, you will find a color called Awesome that looks like a shade of red/pink.
It looks like Mr. Avery.

There is not a real reason why your Stevens Savage model 311A was stamped two times in the same spot. It was probably a mistake and it was only suppose to be stamped once. If most of the other stamping looks like that, it was probably something that happened in the factory.
