The value of a 1934 Herbert Hoover signature depends on factors such as the condition of the signature, the item it is on (such as a letter, document, or photograph), and the demand among collectors. Generally, a Herbert Hoover signature from this time period can range in value from several hundred to a few thousand dollars. It's advisable to consult with a reputable autograph dealer or appraiser to get a more accurate estimate for your specific item.
Hoover was quite wealthy when he was elected. The value of the dollar was much greater in those days-- I do not think he was a billionaire, just a multi-millionaire,
Hoover was honest and dedicated. He did what he believed was right. He served without taking a salary. He loved his country. Other than such personal qualities, you probably could not learn much of value. Most of his ideas in mining and economics have become obsolete or have been improved upon.
It's brass, not bronze, and is only worth face value.

Between Gold and bronze
Since it is a replica, it is only worth melt value for the bronze. Bronze isn't worth much at all. You're looking at most likely about 50 cents or less for the coin.
Scott #1269 The used version is worth the minimum cost to stock and catalog which is about 20 cents. Mint (unused) can be purchased for 50 cents. A dealer might give you a dime for it, but a single stamp is not worth the effort.
Worth 3rd place!
