The Victor was a model of the Crescent Certified shotgun manufactured from about 1930 to 1932 by Crescent-Davis Arms. The Gun Control Act of 1934 made these illegal to possess (in the US) unless properly registered with the ATF. BIG fine and long vacation at Uncle Sam's expense. If you do not have registration papers (and are in the US), contact a lawyer who is familiar with firearms laws. If it is properly registered, or in some other jurisdiction where it is legal, it should be worth $200 or so if it is just complete and functional. Possibly as much as $1000 if it is in excellent condition.
