I have read that the book was originally published in 1797. I have a copy that is dated 1811 and states that it is the "Fifth Troy Edition." It was published by Parker and Bliss.

The First Folio was the first Collected Works edition of Shakespeare's plays; it was the work of his fellow actors John Heminges and Henry Condell, and came out in 1623, some seven years after Shakespeare's death. However, many of the plays had been published earlier. A "first edition" of Romeo and Juliet would be dated 1597.
Value would depend on the book and it's condition. A tattered paperback would be worthless. A perfect quality import first edition could be worth a fortune.

The mint mark on all Washington quarters dated 1968-present is just to the right of the ribbon in Washington's wig (though Philadelphia didn't use a mark until 1980).
