The only president whose picture ever appeared (and still does) on a US dime is Franklin Roosevelt. President Eisenhower's portrait was used on $1 coins dated 1971 to 1978.

In any case, if you have a Roosevelt dime dated between 1946 and 1964, it contains 2.25 gm of pure silver alloyed with 0.25 gm of copper. At mid-2011 prices the silver is worth about $2.75 retail. However, depending on date, mint mark, and condition the coin could be worth more to a collector.
