By "stamp" I assume you're referring to what's called a mint mark, the letter that indicates which mint struck the coin. But there's never been a G mint mark on any US coin so whatever you have may have been added by someone using a metal punch. If so, that would make it an altered coin worth only its metal value, about 75% of the current price of 1 oz of silver. That changes every day so you need to consult a newspaper or precious-metals site for an up-to-date value.
