My first guess is that it's a copy, because most genuine Confederate halves are quite rare and are already in collections.
You'd have to take it to a dealer or appraiser for a first hand inspection in order to be certain.

∙ 12y agoIt is of no significant value other than what someone paid for this souvenir reproduction which would be a few dollars. LW Bristol is the company that made the reproduction. That is why the name is on that coin. It was not made in 1861. It is only a reproduction of an 1861 coin.
