Please re-check your bill. You'll find that it's a Federal Reserve Note. The last $2 silver certificates were dated 1899, and the last silver certificates of any denomination were dated 1957. Unless it's uncirculated, a 2003 $2 FRN is worth only face value.
As opposed to a fake one? Uncirculated $2 bills dated 1976 or later retail for about $3.
A nice uncirculated one might retail for $3 but a dealer will only pay face value or maybe $2.25 if you're fortunate.
I have a 2 dollar bill with Jefferson on it, serial number B 06184684 A. The 2's are in silver, the writing unites states of America, two dollars, and behind Jefferson's head are also in silver. What does this mean and what is the value, it is uncirculated, Series 2003 A with green seal.
These are very common. They are only worth face value unless the are uncirculated.
