Most parish Catholic Churches have a vigil Mass for all solemnities that are Holy Days of Obligation, if they fall on a weekend. During a weekday, it would depend on how much demand there was for such a Mass.
That would depend upon the confession schedule of your parish. Consult the parish bulletin or rectory. Every parish is different.
The Mass schedule at St. Ann's Providence Saturday Evening Mass: 4 p.m. Sunday Masses: 8:30 a.m. & 11:00 a.m. Holy Day Masses: 7:15, 9 a.m., 12:10 and 7 p.m. Confessions: Saturday 3-3:30 p.m. and as announced in Parish Bulletin Weekday Masses: 7:15 a.m. (lower church) Mon. thur Fri.
They are both Catholic. Just not sure which parish they attend.
The times for reconciliation depend on the individual parish. You can usually find these times on the parish's website. Also, you can always schedule an appointment with a priest. They are sure to help you

Yes, he is. If it is not a Sunday or Holy Day, he may choose to omit the Mass if unable to get another priest.
Although it will vary some from parish to parish and depending upon the type of Mass to be celebrated, a cross bearer usually leads the procession.

A parish priest is the main priest in a parish. He is responsible for running the parish, so he may have to deal with more practical things, like doing the accounts for the parish. He will also have his normal duties as a priest. Other priests in the parish may help him and they are called curates.
