CaBr2 is the Chemical Formula of the white powdery stuff called Calcium Bromide.
It's most likely some kind of corrosion caused from oxidation (aka an oxide). For example, with iron (ferrous) based metals it's called iron oxide, commonly called "rust" and is a brownish-red color. On other metals, like aluminum, it is simply called aluminum oxide and is a whitish color. I *suspect* the "white stuff" is the corrosion of aluminum called "aluminum oxide". Could be wrong, but it's the simplest answer. Search Google Images for "aluminum oxide" and see if it's the same stuff. Happy corrosion hunting!
The white "stuff" you find on the base of you're tongue ring surrounding the jewelry is called lymph. It's completely normal and is produced naturally in you're body to speed up the healing process. Do not panic when you see the foreign goo. A lot of people think it is puss from an infection, but they are wrong.

The clear white stuff is called albumen and it protects the yolk of the egg. The opaque white stuff (two of them) that is close to the yolk and looks almost like jelly is called chalaza and it is a protein that holds the egg yolk in the center of the albumen. You only see chalaza in fresh eggs as it disappears in stale eggs.
If you have white stuff coming out you could have an infection. The white stuff is called discharge. If you are discharging you need to go see a doctor so they can give you something to get rid of it.
