The automatic transmission does not have a drain plug. You have to remove the pan to drain.On the manual transmission, you remove the bottom center bolt in the side cover to drain. My 92 has a 9/16 size plug My 1997 LeSabre has a 15mm drain plug.
You have to remove the pan, there is no drain.
14mm hex wrench (at least on a 2006 Dodge Charger w/ a 3.5L); Upper port to fill; Lower Port to drain.
