Contact the dealer nearest you and as long as the radio is original they can give you the codes.
When the radio displays "code" enter the five digit anti theft code and press the "SC" button. If you need the code it can be obtained by contacting your local MB dealer and providing your VIN number.
You need to contact Mercedes Benz and give the the serial number of your radio so they can verify ownership and if you are the rightfull owner they will match the corresponding code.
Go to Mercedes- Benz dealer, they will ask u for vin number, then they will give u the code.
You can pay Becker NA 30.00 dollars, or you can the code thru a freindly MB Parts department, with the cars VIN or just the serial number located on the top of the radio.
This is for all factory MB radios.....go to your local Mercedes Benz Dealer...you will need your VIN. number the service team will enter that Vin# into their computers and give you a 4-digit code,with instructions...
The MB dealer should be able to access data pertinent to the VIN.

Call a MB dealership and give them you vin # and they'll be able to look it up in the national database, or you would have to take out your whole radio and look in the back of the head unit
Call your local MB dealer, ask for parts dept. Give them you VIN they'll give you a 5 digit code. It's a free service MB offers. Punch in the code waiting 2 seconds between each digit, after 5th digit is entered press seek or scan and the tuner will appear!
