There isn't one. Every culture has a different dish they like to eat for breakfast. In north America many breakfasts feature eggs, toasted bread, or breakfast cakes (pancakes, waffles, crepes, etc). In the American south, grits are very traditional, while in Quebec, "creton" -- a sausage like meat spread -- is common. The Japanese favour miso soup and rice. So there really is no particular dish, except that in each culture, there are more popular ones.
Breakfast casserole are not as prolific as dinner ones but there are a few of them available. Many of them offer a good breakfast option and usually include bacon or other traditional breakfast items in them.
Machaca is a traditional Mexican-style breakfast consisting of shredded beef, onions and eggs. It can typically be served by itself, or in a tortilla (breakfast burrito style).
