transpiration is a flow of water through plant. On the surface of plant leaves, water vaporizes, thus negative pressure occurs, leading to suction of water from lower parts of the plant.

Respiration means either ordinary breathing (e.g. breathing of human) or cellular breathing - the ending of electron-transport chain, at the end of which oxygen is used.

In strict sense, respiration is using of oxygen

Osmosis in plants pertains to absorption of water through semipermeable membrane of the cells and traspiration is the evaporation of water through stomata in the form of vapours.
