When you cant afford the payments on your car what is the best choice to make having your car voluntary repossession of selling to a third party to pay off loan?

It is allways best to pay off the loan. So in order from good to bad: 1st: So if you can do it sell the car and pay the loan. Looks good on the credit score. 2nd Volintary Repo with the bank or lender giving a written quit claim meaning they wont chase you for more money. Looks bad on the credit score but you are done with the trouble from this loan. 3rd Volintary repo. bad on credit score and the lender can chase you for remainder of the loan and fees. 4th Make the finance company come get it involintary repo. Same as # 3 except the lender will have much higher fees and will be vindictive chasing you for the moey.

What does a widow do when she needs vehicle return to lien holder?

Get advice from a non-profit cdit councelling agency in your area before doing any of the following! If the note is in husbands name only. Provide vehicle and copy of death certificate and it should end or void contract. The lein holder can persue the estate for compensation. But only the most sleezy will.If both Spouses names on the lien then a volintary repo may be the only option, speak to the lien holder and ask about options.

2000 gmc jimmy no floor heat but has defrost and vent heat.?

from what i am hearing a lot of is that it is either the accuator on the driver side to the right of the gas pedal or the baffle door itself is broken(costing a sh*t ton of money to fix have to remove the dash). there is a while plastic piece that has a tendency to break on the end of the accuator that goes into the box. some ppl use a bent coat hanger to push the baffle through the driver side floor vent to get it to move so you get floor heat, then disconnect the red and blue vaccume hoses off the accuator to prevent the baffle from moving. use a nail or tape to stop the vaccume leak . you should still have all you functions for the rest of your heat controls. just the floor and defroster wont switch back and forth. they will both work at the same time. this is the case for each the blazer, jimmy, sonoma, s10, zr2 1998 and up. if you still have your heat working on the floor id suggest that if you own one of these vehicals that you don't turn your defrosters onto full fefrost mode. just floor defrost. what happens is the accuator by the gas pedal when placed in full defrost mode places to much force on the white plastic piece and snaps it, or the piece that's just inside the box. if you put into floor / defrost mode the accuator works as intended.. its mostly a design flaw from gmc that was never made public. it was a volintary recall item

What is the structure of skeletal muscles?

Well, a skeletal muscle really has nothing to do with a skeleton, so don't listen to what that person says. Anyway, these muscles are attached to bones (either directly or by tendons). They are found all over your body, too. They are considered volintary (meaning you are capeable of moving them) even though blinking and breathing are involintary (not capeable of moving, they move by themselves) . Skeletal muscles are striated (a cool scientific word for "striped"). Skeletal muscle always work in pairs (one flexor and one extensor). A flexor bends the joint and the extensor straightens it. Skeletal muscles move bones by pulling on the bones. Keep in mind that THEY DO NOT PUSH!!!! So, uh, that's it. Really that's all I can do to answer your question, so, good luck with whatever you needed the information for.
